Doug K.
Brockelbank, CPA
Doug graduated from University of Georgia in
1985 with a BSED in Secondary Math Education. He
taught Mathematics at Crestwood High School for
three years. He continued his education at
Georgia State University where he received a
second degree in Accounting. Doug began his
professional career at Blue Cross Blue Shield of
Georgia where he worked as a Financial Analyst
for eleven years.
After earning his CPA
certification in 1999, Doug took advantage of an
opportunity to build his own practice where he
specializes in individual and small business
taxation. Doug is originally from Macon, Georgia
and currently resides in Alpharetta with his
wife Cathy, daughter Brittany, and son Blaise.
The Brockelbank's are looking forward to adding
a daughter to the family tree as soon as their
China adoption is complete. They are active
members of North Point Community Church in
Alpharette. Doug enjoys most sports and
spending time with his family which also
consists of two very spoiled dogs.
